This is the most puzzling bug report I remember. Your blank file is indeed blank, but you provide no other clues. Ghostscript may create a blank file when it encounters a problem during PDF creation. The details about the problem go to the standard output. The source PostScript file may be also helpful. There's a chance that the problem can be reproduced by the developers. You can also contact ERP (whatever it is) for technical support. |
Created attachment 6304 [details] blank pdf file Hi, first excuse me for my terrible English... I use Ghostscript (into an ERP software) for creating a pdf file from a print preview report (i use this pdf file as automatic email message attachment). Problem: some PC's create correctly the pdf file, some PC's create a blank pdf file.... why ???? The OS is the same for all PC (XP professional 2002 SP 3) I attach the blank pdf file. Please, can someone help me?
