Using the above file with the pdfwriter gxps (from svn trunk), the first line of
text gets truncated, displaying "Eu" instead of "Euro Currency Support".

This one also seems to display correctly when using the png output device.

Shailesh Mistry pointed out to me that this bug is now fixed. I don't know what fixed it, nor whether it was something in the XPS interpreter or (more likely) the pdfwrite device, but I can confirm that it does work with the current code.

The forthcoming 9.06 release will include this fix (whatever it was...)
