tests_private/xl/pcl6cet3.0/ tests:

C305.bin, C327.bin, C419.bin, C420.bin all crash if banding is enabled in the
icc branch.

From recent regression reports, this appears to have been resolved, but there
are still crashes that happen in banding mode (as of rev 11939).

Those and other segfaults will be tracked as separate issues.
