When interpreting the PDF-file test.pdf, first a warnung occurs ( Some elements
of Mask array are not integers ), then the interpretation fails with a typecheck
error. There is no problem with the Acrobat Reader.

GS-call: gs -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=tiffg4 -o out.tif Test.pdf

Add missing dereferencing of indirect objects in /Mask array.

The patch has been committed as a rev. 10751.
Regression testing shows no differences.
