While 8.83 works, 8.64 and HEAD fail with unkownerror in .postinstall when the
clist is used because 'gx_dc_wts_write' returns this error.

I strongly suspect the rev 9288 but have not yet verified it.

If this is the case, these 'write' and 'read' functions need to be implemented
so that the 'gx_dc_type_wts' colors can be written to the clist (serialized).

We are not going to be working on WTS, so closing this bug.
