I confirm that the problem doesn't occur on 32-bit windows with
with gs8.63, or current dev. version under GSview 4.8 or gswin32c.exe .
I confirm this does happen on my amd64 Linux box. However, calling Ghostcript 8.63 from the command line does not produce the error (at least not with the options I've tried). Assigning to Russell since we can't reproduce this with the ghostscript command line. This appears to be the same/similiar to Bug 689709 - a range check in image/colorimage which is specific to the 64-bit gsview environment, around gs 8.62/8.63 . Probably can be looked at together. 64-bit gsview 4.9 + gs 8.71 no longer show problem this file. |
